**The cost of the 3-Week Summer Skills Program is $50.00.

**Open Gyms will be every Tues. and Thursday from 2:45-4:15 starting April 20th.

**There will be a basketball meeting at lunch in room 331 on May 19^th. 

**The summer league begins June 1st so there will be the following Practice/Try-Outs before that date:

**Frosh Summer League Practice/Try-Outs: 

Monday and Wednesday May 24th and 26th from 7-8:30 PM and Tuesday June 1st from 3:30-5:00 PM

**For Grades 10-12 Summer League Practice/ Try-Outs:

May 25th 3-4:30 PM, May 28th 1-3PM and June 1st 3:30-5:00 PM 

**The Cager Club will be running the concessions for the Tempe Summer League, which will be playing games at Marcos de Niza this year. It is expected that each player/family will work a few hours each week to help with selling drinks & snacks. This is a great easy fundraiser for our program! The games are usually between 6 and 10pm on Monday through Thursdays for 4 weeks. Since you will be there anyway to watch your boys, we would love your help for an hour before or after the games.  (The Cager Club paid for the City of Tempe summer league for the incoming frosh, jv, and varsity $1260 as well as the summer varsity tournaments) Thanks!!!

·       Camp write up, database and video will be provided to top academic schools

·       Games will be recorded and available on the website.

·       Academic All Tournament team will be selected by ArizonaVarsity.com and Academic All West Staff

·       Players will be participate in front of the Arizona Academic All State selection committee

·       Each Camper will participate in 2-3 games (Equal playing time for all)

·       Specific position drills will be provided and recorded for coaches to view.

·       3-point shoot-outs between games for all participants

·       Each camper will receive a camp shirt and game DVD

·       Lunch will be provided to every participant

·       SAT Guidelines and NCAA Clearinghouse information will be provided (workshop)

·       Prep School opportunities/information will be provided (workshop)

·       Discuss Financial Aide opportunities. Ivy League and many top Academic schools do not offer athletic
scholarships (workshop)

·       Tournament article will be displayed on Rivals.com network and ArizonaVarsity.com.  Additional media
coverage by AreaCodesBasketball and HoopsReport

·       Recruiting strategies for attracting Academic Schools will be discussed in our workshops.

·       Top basketball guest speakers will be present

·       DII and DIII Academic coaches plan to attend
