The Arizona Tax Credit Donation that can be paid online, delivered in person by 1PM., or postmarked by DECEMBER 31st.

- Just click on Marcos de Niza for the School,
- click on SPORTS in the Program Box,
- and write "BOYS BASKETBALL" in the comment section.
Ways to donate:
• Make an online donation.
• Visit the TUHSD District Office at 500 W. Guadalupe Road from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
on New Year’s Eve to make a last-minute donation.
• Download a TUHSD Tax Credit Deposit Form (PDF) and postmark by December 31st.

Please download a copy of the Arizona Schools Tax Credit.
This can be postmarked up to the 31st, delivered to the school
bookstore, or delivered to the Tempe High School Union offices next to
Frys on Southern and Rural. Just write Marcos de Niza boys basketball
on the form and the money goes 100% towards the teams.
This is a Tax Credit
which basically means it is a loan to yourself. For example, if you
owe the state $300 in taxes for 2010, and you donate $200 before
December 31st, the state will take the $300 and minus the $200 and you
will owe $100!!! Or, if you owe the state $100 and you donate $200, the
state will refund you $100!!! Single people can donate up to $200 and
married couples can donate up to $400. Anyone in the state can send in
this Tax Credit - you do not have to live in the district or even have
any kids.
The more affluent schools like Hamilton and Chaparral really
take advantage of this and bring in tens of thousands of dollars for
their programs. Please ask all of your families and friends to send in
their tax credits this year and allocate it for Marcos de Niza
basketball. It does not have to be the total amount - it can be $25,
$50, etc up to the $200 or $400 limits. What could we do for our
program if we were getting $10,000+ like some of the other schools
instead of the $1,500 to $2,000 that we usually get...
